A Construction Survey, also referred to as "lay-out" or "setting-out," involves establishing reference points and markers that guide the construction of new structures, such as buildings. These markers are calculated from the approved architectural drawings and are strategically placed based on the projects datum.

The process of a construction survey typically includes three key phases:

  2. Foundation Pin

  3. Forms Inspection (Signed and Sealed by a British Columbia Land Surveyor)
